A woman that took part in the videotaped Stappy/Kid Rock/stripper sex-romp in 1999 is now suing Stappy. The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, is suing because she thought the sex tape would only be for Stappy's personal and private collection, not for public viewing. A lawsuit was filed in Miami last Thursday which claims the woman is seeking unspecified damages for emotional distress. The lawsuit goes on to call the woman "the star of the females in the video."
