Helmet has a new cd coming your way in July. Monochrome is set to drop on July 18th. The cd has 11 new songs...keep an ear out for the first single "Gone" on 89x in the coming weeks. This time around the band worked with their old buddy Wharton Tiers. Tiers is the guy that produced Strap It On and Meantime, so it's pretty likely that Monochrome will be a return to their more organic sound from the early 90's. These days, Helmet is gearing up for the Warped tour. The tour kicks off later this month and will be rolling through Comerica Park on July 29th.
