My Chemical Romance/MTV

My Chemical Romance is going to debut the new single, "Welcome To The Black Parade" on the MTV VMA pre-show on Thursday. The pre-show starts at 6:30 and the awards ceremony starts at 8pm. The Killers, Panic! At The Disco, Raconteurs, and the All American Rejects will perform live. Ok Go! will also perform their song, "Here It Goes Again" live ON treadmills, just like their video!
