Yesterday Nine Inch Nails debuted a new song, "Everything," from the upcoming album Hesitation Marks. To say the track is a departure from the dark music NIN is known for is quite possibly the understatement of the year, but even though it's just one song, some fans are still really annoyed about it.  Many are voicing their complaints with friends/followers on social media, but one fan took things even further and launched an online petition calling for the removal of the song from Hesitation Marks.  Another decidedly more creative (and realistic) fan edited together an unofficial music video for "Everything" which you can enjoy below (courtesy Antiquiet).



Love it or hate it, "Everything" sure does have people talking, which appears to be the whole point...
