Bono, the Edge, and Nile Rodgers rocked out a few funky covers last night at the Project (RED) auction afterparty in New York City. Watch the Bono & the gang cover David Bowie, Daft Punk, and Chic below via Annie Zaleski.







The Project (RED) auction was organized in part by Bono and raised an estimated 26 million dollars to benefit victims of AIDS in Africa . FYI: the item that fetched the most money was a white Steinway piano - Bono and Coldplay's Chris Martin performed two songs on the instrument which later was auctioned for $1.6 million.
