Earlier this year Morrissey filed a lawsuit against British magazine NME for libel. NME attempted to get the case thrown out of court, but last week a judge dismissed their request, allowing Morrissey to continue with the the litigation. Morrissey's North American tour kicks off this Thursday in Chicago, then heads west. Two late night appearances have been set up for later this month, so make sure to set your schedules accordingly: Jimmy Kimmel on November 23rd and Conan O'Brien on November 29th.
