The Verve - History

The Verve's epic song "History" was released on the band's 1995 full length A Northern Soul.  "History" was also released as two separate maxi-singles - History ep I and History ep 2.  Both are worth picking up if you're a fan - the extra tracks are amazing.  Save yourself some money and order from Amazon UK, because Amazon US is only offering the eps through subsellers who are charging major bucks.  The maxi-singles are also worth having for the awesome cover art - the picture (featuring the band underneath the marquee "all farewells should be sudden") was taken before the band announced their (first) sudden split.
