Back in March,
the Go-Go's parted ways with original bassist
Kathy Valentine, and now Valentine is suing her ex-bandmates. According to
the Hollywood Reporter, Valentine is entitled to 20 percent share of the band's revenues as a partner of
Ladyhead LLC and
Smith-Pocket Industries, Inc. – the entities authorized to conduct the group’s business. The suit claims that the Go Go's formed a new business corporation -
GoGoCorp - which cuts Valentine's share to 2 percent. Valentine calls the move a scheme which deprives her of at least 1 million dollars. Read the court documents
