cEvin Key project Download releases new LP LingAM

This year is turning out to be incredible for electro/industrial fans. Over the last five months, KMFDM, Killing Joke, My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult, and Skinny Puppy have released new recordings, with new albums from Nine Inch Nails, Front Line Assembly, Ministry, Douglas McCarthy, and more on the way later on this year! If all that isn't enough for you, brace yourself, because Download (cEvin Key/Phil Western project) return with an album titled LingAM June 11th through Metropolis Records. Download formed around the time of Skinny Puppy's breakup/hiatus in the 90s and since that time they've released multiple albums and a limited edition series From the Vault.

Download's new album LingAM takes its name from Hindu scripture and refers to "the beginning-less and endless cosmic pillar, symbolizing the infinite nature of Shiva." The record features 10 songs which sonically weave dark grooving EDM elements such as electro, trance, and post-industrial together. Check out the tracklisting below and pre-order LingAM now from iTunes, Amazon, or Metropolis Records.
