The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart is releasing its third album -- the follow up to 2011's Belong -- later this year. The band posted a teaser video which includes a snippet of the new song "Art Smock." More news on the album is expected shortly -- the band is playing South By Southwest in March -- but for now enjoy the clip below:
