The Black Angels announce new LP + tour

The Black Angels announced details for their first new studio album in four years. Death Song (most certainly a nod to the Velvet Underground's 1967 classic "Black Angel's Death Song") will be released on April 21st. The first single "Currency" premiered today on NPR and is available to stream below.

The Black Angels hit the road this spring with A Place To Bury Strangers serving as support. Tickets for most of the shows, including the Detroit stop May 7th at Saint Andrew's Hall on sale this Friday, February 10th.
