New edition of Anton Corbijn's Depeche Mode photo coming in the spring

A standard edition of the Depeche Mode photo book Depeche Mode by Anton Corbijn will be issued in March.

Anton Corbijn is an important part of Depeche Mode's history -- since 1988 he's worked alongside Depeche Mode as their creative wizard and has helped establish Depeche Mode's dark allure with stunning videos, album covers, stage set designs and more.

Last year, Corbijn's visual work was been presented in the limited edition book Depeche Mode by Anton Corbijn. The hardcover book featured photos from Corbijn's personal archives - many of these rare and/or previously unpublished - with candid and live shots from all of Depeche Mode's tours since 1988. Other formal and informal photos, sketches for album covers and stage sets are also included. Along with the photos, Corbijn's handwritten captions are present throughout.

The limited edition book sold out - despite the $900 price - immediately. Now a standard edition of Depeche Mode by Anton Corbijn will be issued on March 28th. According to the listing, the standard edition contains 512 pages, which is the same as the limited edition version, however it will not come with the same packaging. Head here to pre-order.
