Trashcan Sinatras are preparing to return with new music! Guitarist John Douglas announced that the guys are almost finished writing their sixth studio album, and over the next couple of months they'll head into the studio in Omaha, Nebraska to record it. They launched a crowdfunding campaign through Pledge Music less than two weeks ago (they've almost met their pledge goal already!) with exclusive unique content, merchandise and experiences for those who pledge.  Fans interested in the campaign can pledge and learn more here.

Trash Can Sinatras' last album In The Music was released in 2009. Of late, John Douglas was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and spent much of the year in and out of the hospital for treatment. He began writing new music to help him through the recovery process.  Last month, Douglas announced he successfully underwent his third and final surgery and is cured of the disease. Read more about his journey here and here.
