Joy Division announced that Unknown Pleasures, Closer, Still, and Substance will be reissued on heavyweight 180 gram vinyl in celebration of the 35th anniversary of "Love Will Tear Us Apart." Unknown Pleasures and Closer will be reissued on June 29th; Still and Substance follow on July 24th. Please note that none of these reissues have been NEWLY remastered -- the audio from the Unknown Pleasures, Closer, and Still is taken from the 2007 remasters; the audio for Substance, which is being pressed on vinyl for the first time, is taken from the 2010 remaster.  Substance contains two bonus tracks: "As You Said" and the Pennine version of "Love Will Tear Us Apart" (full tracklisting for Substance is posted down below.)  Pre-order the reissues here.

Peter Hook is set to perform Joy Division's entire back catalog at the Christ Church in Manchester on the 35th anniversary of Ian Curtis' death (May 18th). Hook's tribute concert will be released as a three disc set on May 21st. Details on that and links to purchase are posted here.
