It is Blue Monday once again.
Blue Monday is the day experts proclaim to be the most depressing day of the year. The "holiday" of sorts is based on a formula which considers time of the year, death, weather, stress, finanacial obligations, etc. Though the concept of Blue Monday can be brushed off as junk science, it certainly is a great excuse to dust off the New Order classic (not that you need one).
Here's hoping your Blue Monday isn't so blue after all...

Good to his word, Robert Smith appeared on two streaming events yesterday!
First, Smith performed at the Nine Lessons/Cosmic Shambles streaming event - he spoke briefly about the 40th anniversary of Seventeen Seconds, then performed three songs off the classic album. Watch his brilliant acoustic solo performance (barefoot, no less) of "In Your House," "M," and "Play For Today" below.
Next, Smith appeared on Gorillaz Song Machine Live - a livestreaming concert featuring a virtual full album performance of the collaborative album Song Machine. Smith joined Gorillaz for the song "Strange Timez."
