Blur are playing a handful of warm up gigs ahead of their Hyde Park Olympics' Closing Ceremony gig.  The info was supposed to be announced first to fans via the official Blur mailing list on Sunday, however one of the venues spoiled the surprise and posted the gig info on the net (it's been taken down now).

The four gigs according to several reports are as follow:

August 1 - Margate Winters Gardens
August 5 - Wolverhampton Civic Hall
August 6 - Wolverhampton Civic Hall
August 8-  Plymouth Pavillions

Blur play the Olympics' Closing Ceremony Celebration Concert August 12th along with New Order and the Specials.
