You may remember that for Record Store Day, as part of the Secret 7 project 100 vinyl singles of The Cure's "Friday I'm In Love" with specially created jackets went on sale to benefit Teenage Cancer Trust.  Varous artists from around the world were commissioned to design unique jacket sleeves for the singles, including one designed and signed by Robert Smith.  Much to the dismay of Secret 7's, Teenage Cancer Trust, and Robert Smith himself, the person who bought the jacket Smith designed put the single on Ebay only hours after the purchase, essentially ripping off the charity.  Smith promised he'd find a way to raise more money for Teenage Cancer Trust, and he's making good on the promise.

Starting tomorrow, the first of seven "Friday I'm In Love" 7 inch test pressings in sleeves hand signed by Robert Smith will go live on the Teenage Cancer Ebay site.  A new test pressing will go live each day for seven days, with all money raised going to the Teenage Cancer charity.  Keep in mind that ALL seven of the singles were hand signed and drawn on by Smith.  Here's a look at the single that will be going on Ebay tomorrow.  Get ready to bid on some awesome Cure singles and raise money for charity!  Here's a link to the Teenage Cancer Trust Ebay page.
