Morrissey returns with his 11th studio album Low In High School this Friday. In promotion of the album, the music icon consented to answering a few questions from Billboard. In the interview he revealed the identity of the album cover star - Max Lopez (son of Morrissey bassist Mando Lopez), discussed police brutality calling it "the worst form of street crime," and says his writing has become more political lately because "the people have become sick of the establishment, and I'm a part of the world."

Moz also briefly discussed his new record label Etienne:

"Whatever happens in the world, music is for eternity. It's a great pleasure and very healthy to produce and create, and I'd love to expand Etienne and sign up music that counts. Not marketing nonsense, but artists whose lives depend upon singing and playing music. They count in the long run."
