A Velvet Underground documentary that was filmed in 1986 has been posted on You Tube. Clicky clicky.
Oasis will release Stop the Clocks, an 18-track double cd filled with the band's greatest hits, on November 21st. While the tracklisting isn't officially official, Noel Gallagher reportedly told the British paper, the Sun, what songs will make it to the collection. Hmmm...I hope this list is bogus, because "She's Electric", "Married With Children" and "Morning Glory" are not on the list! Oh bother. You can read the article here, or if you're too lazy to click on over, here's the alleged list of songs that the newspaper claims Noel wants on the compilation:

Some Might Say
Don't Look Back In Anger
D'You Know What I Mean?
All Around The World
Go Let It Out
The Hindu Times
Lyla
The Importance Of Being Idle
Masterplan
Half The World Away
Acquiesce
Champagne Supernova
Rock n' Roll Star
Supersonic
Wonderwall
Whatever
Boy With The Blues

For you fun-loving peeps that loved to rock Pac-Man back in the day, here's a website you may want to check out. It's a link for you to play Punk Rock Pac-Man! Unlike the classic Pac-Man (and Ms. Pac-Man!!) the object of Punk Rock Pac-Man is to collect records and avoid hippies. Apparently this is a Windows-only free download. Don't blame me if you get addicted.
Noel Gallagher from Oasis has signed on to do a one-off event in November, and it's all for charity! True story! Gallagher is playing a benefit called "For Pities Sake Focus" which will be an evening of art, comedy and music. All proceeds go to Focus12, a charity devoted to helping those that are addicted to drugs.
