The new dreampop Cocteau Twins spinoff band Snowbird releases its debut album Moon in the U.K. on January 28th. The project features Simon Raymonde (Cocteau Twins) and singer Stephanie Dosen, who does her best to channel Elizabeth Fraser's velvety vocals. The album also features Radiohead's Philip Selway and Ed O'Brien. Moon will be released on February 4th (in the U.S.) and the album is streaming in full ahead of its release this week over at Pitchfork. Stream the album here and check out the official video for "Porcelain" as well as some live footage of Snowbird performing after they first formed in 2009.
