Sonos launched a concept store in London today and as part of the grand opening the sound system retailer will be celebrating the life of David Bowie. Sonos will host several events this week in their state-of-the-art listening room including visual displays with rarely seen Bowie images, listening events hosted by artists inspired by Bowie such as Nick Rhodes, Graham Coxon, and Goldie.
Sonos also partnered with London underground online radio station NTS to stage a two-day radio tribute to David Bowie. The radio tribute will include two days of Bowie-centric programming hosted by Iggy Pop, Thurston Moore, Michael Rother (of legendary krautrock band Neu!), members of Franz Ferdinand, and more.
The radio programming will be available to stream on the NTS website starting Saturday, November 18th at 7am ET (12:00 BST) and runs through Sunday, November 19th at 1pm ET. View programming notes for the event here.
