New Order released their seventh studio album, Get Ready, in August 2001. Prior to the release the band debuted a number of songs from the album at a gig in Liverpool at the Olympia.  The show was a big event at the time, as New Order hadn't gigged since 1998.  To make the show even more noteworthy, Smashing Pumpkin Billy Corgan was featured on guitar and backup vocals (though Corgan only sang backup on "Turn My Way.") Take a listen to the full July 18th show below.  A transcript of New Order's onstage comments and some other show info is posted here.
