Paisley Underground legends The Dream Syndicate broke up in 1989, but reformed in 2012 for live shows. This February the band announced plans to release their first new album since 1988, and today they've shared details behind the record as well as a new song. The band's fifth studio album is titled How Did I Find Myself Here? and will be released September 8th. The band lineup is currently Steve Wynn, Mark Walton, Dennis Duck and Jason Victor. Original bass player Kendra Smith appears on one of the songs on the record titled "Kendra's Dream."

The Dream Syndicate shared the groovy sprawling title track today along with the album trailer. Check out both below.

Pre-order How Did I Find Myself Here? through iTunes and Amazon, or check out the bundles and other exclusive items through Pledge Music.
