The Smashing Pumpkins announced details behind their reunion tour today. The Shiny And Oh So Bright Tour features original members Billy Corgan, James Iha, and Jimmy Chamberlin performing songs from Gish, Siamese Dream, Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, Adore, and Machina. As reported previously original bassist D'Arcy Wretzky will not be participating in the tour and the Pumpkins announced today that Jeff Schroeder will be handling bass duties.

The Detroit stop takes place August 5th at Little Caesars Arena and the general onsale for tickets is Friday, February 23rd. For more details on the tour, visit the official Smashing Pumpkins website.
