Bryan Ferry has announced a North American tour. The summer theater tour will see the legend performing songs from Avalon along with other classics from Roxy Music and his solo catalog. The tour includes a Detroit stop at the Fox Theatre on August 3rd. The pre-sale for the tour kicks off tomorrow (Tuesday, January 15th) and runs through January 17th. The general onsale for the tour is Friday, January 18th at 10am.

Avalon, released in 1982, was Roxy Music's final studio album and features exquisite singles "More Than This," "Take A Chance On Me," and the divine title track.

Bryan Ferry and his Orchestra released a new record titled Bitter-Sweet last fall. The record was inspired by the television series Babylon Berlin, which is set in 1929 Berlin. For the album, Ferry reinterpreted songs from his catalog (solo and Roxy Music songs) giving them a distinct 1920s flavor.
